The standard reconstitution is 312.4g of powder brought up to 1 liter with water.

Easy To Prepare

Step 1

Pour 190ml of cool boiled water into a glass.

Step 2

Add 9 level scoops of ProSure^® powder.

Step 3

Stir well and consume immediately.

Reminder: Use reconstituted ProSure^®immediately, or cover, refrigerate and use within 24 hours.

Ways To Enjoy Prosure^®

Try to drink ProSure^® chilled, poured over ice or blended with ice.

Try to sip ProSure^® throughout the day, rather than drinking a full glass all at once.

Add ProSure^® to food, coffee, tea, cereal, ice cream and fruit.
