This healthy dessert is low-fat, low-carb, vegan, and gluten-free.


  • 20 g black sesame seeds 

  • 5 level scoops of Glucerna® powder 

  • 200 ml water 

  • 1.5 teaspoons of gelatin powder 

  • 20 ml of water 


  1. Wash black sesame seeds first, then dry-roast them in a pan until dry. Once the seeds start to pop in the pan, set them aside to cool.
  2. Gently sprinkle gelatin powder over 20 ml of water and wait for it to bloom.
  3. Dissolve Glucerna® powder in 200 ml water.
  4. Once the gelatin powder has absorbed the water, mix well with the Glucerna® mixture.
  5. Pour 140 ml of the Glucerna® mixture into a serving cup and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Blend the remaining Glucerna® mixture and black sesame seeds until smooth. Then pour into the same serving cup and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
