PediaSure Dhokla Sandwich with Coconut Chutney 

Recipe: Serves 4​
Preparation Time:15 minutes​

A colorful twist on dhoklas where two different dhoklas are layered with coconut chutney. A great after-school snack!



  • 1 round of Khaman Dhokla
  • 1 round of Rava Dhokla
  • 1 cup grated Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Chana Dal
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  • 3 tablespoons PediaSure Vanilla
  • Salt to taste


  • In a food processor, add coconut, chana dal, yogurt, coriander, and salt. Grind to a chunky paste.

  • Add PediaSure and pulse a few more times till combined.

  • Layer the rava dhokla with the coconut chutney and place the khaman dhokla on top.

  • Cut into small squares and serve immediately with the remaining chutney on the side.
