PediaSure Badam Dalia

This quick, high-fiber and nutritious breakfast porridge is low on effort but super high on goodness.



  • 1/2 cup Dalia or Bulgar
  • 1 cup hot Water
  • 1 cup warm Milk (or Almond Milk)
  • 2-3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/4 cup PediaSure
  • 1/4 cup chopped Roasted Badam


  • In a bowl, add dalia and pour hot water on top. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes till the dalia is cooked through.

  • Add PediaSure, honey, and warm milk to the bowl and mix well so that no lumps exist. 

  • Mix in roasted, chopped badam and serve immediately.
