PediaSure Avocado Breakfast Pita Pockets

  • 3 Pita Breads
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise 
  • 1 tablespoon Cream Cheese 
  • 1/2 cup cubed Paneer 
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste 


  • In a bowl, scoop out the avocado and add mayonnaise, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.

  • Mash with a fork and mix well. 

  • Add PediaSure vanilla and mix till combined.

  • To this, add paneer cubes and toss gently. 

  • To assemble, cut each pita in half and layer it with lettuce leaves.

  • Add two to three tablespoons of avocado paneer stuffing into the pita pocket. 

  • Divide the filling and lettuce between the pita bread.
