Step 1
In a bowl, scoop out fresh avocado and add mayonnaise, cream cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Using a fork, mash the avocado mixture until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
Step 3
Add PediaSure vanilla and mix till combined.
Step 4
Add paneer cubes to the mixture and toss it gently.
Step 5
Cut each pita pocket in half to create openings for the filling. Line the inside of each pita half with fresh lettuce leaves.
Step 6
Add two to three tablespoons of avocado paneer stuffing into the pita pocket. Ensure the filling is evenly divided among the pita halves, and the lettuce and filling are well-layered.
Step 7
Arrange the filled pita pockets on a plate and serve immediately for a nutritious breakfast that your kids will surely love!
