Make this tasty and nutritious breakfast the night before for a super easy start to the day. It’s full of fiber and long-lasting energy.


● 350 mL water

● 5 scoops Glucerna® 

● 1 cup rolled oats 

● 2 tablespoons chia seeds

● 1 large green apple, grated

● ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon

● 200 g vanilla flavored reduced fat yogurt, to serve

● 2 tablespoons flaked almonds, to serve 


1. Place milk and Glucerna® in a container (approx. 500 mL). Stir well to mix.

2. Add rolled oats, chia seeds, apple and cinnamon. Stir to combine.

3. Cover and chill in the fridge overnight.

4. Serve topped with vanilla yogurt and almonds.


  • To save time, use canned apple pie filling or apple puree. 

  • To make it in the food processor, blend apple pieces, cinnamon, Glucerna® and water first. Then add oats and chia seeds, and blend for a few seconds to combine. 

  • Could keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
