You can buy Ensure Compact through most pharmacies without a script. If your local pharmacy does not stock Ensure Compact on shelf please ask them to order it in for you, or call our Customer Service team on 1800 225 311.

How much protein is in Ensure Compact?

Each serving of Ensure Compact contains 125 g of protein. This is  44% of the recommended dietary intake (RDI) for women aged between 19–70 years and 30% RDI for men aged between 19–70 years.1,2

The Australian Dietary Guidelines recommend adults eat 2–3 serves of protein containing foods each day to maintain the recommended levels of protein. 1,2

How much calcium is in Ensure Compact?

Each serving of Ensure Compact contains 213 mg of calcium. This is 20–25% of the recommended dietary intake of calcium for men and women aged 19–50 years. 1,2

The Australian Dietary Guidelines recommend adults consume34-5 serves of calcium-rich foods – milk, yoghurt, cheese and/or alternatives (mostly reduced fat) – each day.3 These foods are high in calcium and are also a rich source of protein, vitamins and other minerals.3

If you think you may not be getting enough calcium through your diet, or with the help of Ensure Compact, speak to your healthcare professional. They will be able to advise you on how to improve your calcium intake and recommend a calcium supplement if required.

Ingredients (Vanilla flavour) : Water, hydrolysed corn starch, milk protein concentrate, VEGETABLE OIL (canola oil, high oleic sunflower oil, corn oil), sucrose, hydrolysed sodium caseinate, MINERALS (potassium chloride, calcium citrate, magnesium phosphate dibasic, ferrous sulphate, potassium citrate, zinc sulphate, manganese sulphate, cupric sulphate, potassium iodide, sodium molybdate, chromium chloride, sodium selenate), EMULSIFIER (322), flavouring, VITAMINS (choline chloride, ascorbic acid, Vitamin E, niacinamide, calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamin hydrochloride, riboflavin, Vitamin A palmitate, folic acid, phylloquinone, biotin, Vitamin D3, cyanocobalamin), STABILISERS (460, 466).

Gluten free refers to the product containing no detectable gluten at a limit of quantification of 5 ppm.4

#Independent research demonstrated that when 25 adults were asked to drink 2 bottles of Ensure Compact a day for 7 days they achieved 99% compliance. This means that out of 350 Ensure Compact bottles, only 3 were not consumed.
