  • 5 scoops (52 g) of Glucerna® powder

  • 30 g raw kidney beans or red beans 

  • 4 g pandan leaves

  • 25 ml water 

  • 200 ml water

  • 100 g crushed ice 


  1. Soak kidney beans or red beans overnight (or at least 8 hours).
  2. Place soaked beans in a pot with enough water to cover the beans. Cook over medium-high heat for at least 30 minutes. Then turn the heat down to low and simmer for another 30 minutes. Top up the water in the pot as and when necessary. Once fully cooked, set the beans aside to cool.
  3. Cut pandan leaves into small pieces. Blend with 25 ml of water until the leaves are completely pulverized. Use a strainer or a cheesecloth to squeeze out 20 ml of pandan extract.
  4. Dissolve Glucerna® powder in 200 ml water.
  5. Add cooked beans and crushed ice to a serving cup, followed by the Glucerna® mixture.
  6. Top it off with pandan extract before serving.
