Nepro® HP Mushroom Soup

Portion Size: 4 Servings




  • 1 bottle (220ml) Nepro® HP Vanilla
  • 1½ cups homemade chicken stock
  • 300g fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Bring stock to boil in a pot. Add mushrooms and butter. Cook for about 10 minutes then set aside 1-2 pieces of mushrooms for garnish.
  2. Use a hand-held blender to blend all ingredients in the pot until smooth. Add Nepro® HP and stir well.
  3. Scoop into bowls, garnish with mushrooms and serve immediately.
