Nepro® HP Konnyaku Jelly

Portion Size: About 36 Pieces of Jelly




  • 2 bottles (440ml) Nepro® HP Vanilla
  • 10g konnyaku jelly powder
  • 1.9 cups (475ml) water
  • 250g sugar
  • 3 halves (180g) peaches (canned, drained, chopped small)


  1. Combine konnyaku powder and sugar in a bowl. Mix water and Nepro® HP in a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.
  2. Lower heat, slowly add konnyaku and sugar mixture into the saucepan containing water and Nepro® HP, and stir well.
  3. Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve konnyaku jelly mixture.
  4. Simmer for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a pouring jug.
  5. Prepare jelly moulds. Place equal portions of fruits into the moulds. Set aside to cool for about 30 minutes.
