A banana smoothie is a classic for a good reason. The banana and yogurt give it a lovely thick texture and the Glucerna® powder adds a nutrition boost. It’s a super-quick breakfast or nourishing snack.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Makes: 2 serves


  • 200 ml water

  • 8 scoops of Glucerna® powder

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 200 g reduced-fat Greek style yogurt

  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup


  1. Measure all ingredients into a blender jug.

  2. Blend until smooth and fluffy.

  3. Serve right away.

Tip:  Try a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor
