Low fat curd – ¾th cup
Powdered almonds – ½ tsp
Powdered pistachios – ½ tsp
Cardamom powder – 1/4th tsp
Vanilla Ensure Diabetes Care – 4 scoops
Take curd in a muslin cloth and hang it for around 2-3 hours
Then transfer the hung curd to a bowl
Add cardamom powder, almonds, pistachios and mix well until smooth
Finally add 3 scoops of Ensure Diabetes Care. Mix it well and serve shrikhand chilled.
