Ingredients

  • Broken cashews— ½ tbsp​

  • Honey – 1 ½ tbsp​

  • Cocoa powder – 1 tsp​

  • Chocolate Ensure Diabetes Care - 3 Scoops

Method

  • In a pan, add ghee, once it melts, put in broken cashews and roast until aroma starts coming in.​

  • Take it off the flame and let it cool.  Grind it to a fine paste, and further churn to achieve a buttery consistency.​

  • To this add honey, 3 scoops of Ensure Diabetes Care and cocoa powder and grind it further to form a dough. Once done take it out in a greased plate. ​

  • Flatten the dough in the plate and cut into traditional diamond shaped katli to serve or store it in the refrigerator.
