Ingredients

• Chopped Kiwi – 1 Cup​

• Frozen Banana – ½ medium​

• Low fat curd – ½ cup​

• Finely chopped strawberries 2tbsp​

• Vanilla Ensure Diabetes Care – 3 Scoops
  

Method

• In a blender, blend curd, Kiwi, banana, add 3 Scoops of Ensure Diabetes Care and achieve a smooth consistency.​

• Then, add the chopped strawberries, and put the mix in an ice cream mould and freeze.​

• Unmould it before serving and serve the healthy version of ice-cream.​
