Chocolate Kalakand



  • Double toned milk– 1 ¼th cup ​

  • Crumbled low fat paneer – 1 ¼th cup​

  • Corn flour 1/4th tsp ​

  • Cocoa powder - 3-4 pinches​

  • Chopped almonds – 1/2tsp​

  • Chopped pistachios  1/2 tsp​

  • Cardamom powder – 1/4th tsp​

  • Chocolate Ensure Diabetes Care – 4 Scoops​


  • Pour milk in a heavy bottom pan and heat it on a medium flame. When it boils, reduce the flame and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes.​

  • Mix corn flour in little water, add it to the boiling milk and cook stirring continuously to avoid lump formation.​

  • Add the grated paneer and mix it gently. Continue to cook until the mixture thickens and starts to separate the pan. Take care that the mixture does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Switch off the flame.​

  • Add cardamom powder and cocoa powder and mix well.​

  • Transfer this mixture in a bowl, cool and add 4 scoops of Ensure Diabetes Care and mix well.​

  • Now put this mixture in small plate, spread it well and top with chopped almonds and pistachio and set it completely. Cut into pieces and serve.
