Salmon Fish Stew with Similac® Mum

When it comes to fish, we all agree on salmon. Try our delicious salmon fish stew.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salmon
  • 2 potatoes, chopped to cubes
  • Black pepper
  • Bacon bits
  • 12 scoops Similac® Mum Vanilla

Method

  1. Mix 12 scoops of Similac® Mum Vanilla with 3 cups of room temperature water. Stir and ensure no lumps. Set aside.

  2. In a separate pot, boil 3 cups of water. Once boiled, place salmon and potato cubes in.

  3. Heat up in medium-low heat, wait till salmon is cooked and set aside. Then wait for potatoes to cook and set aside.

  4. Mix butter with Similac® Mum Vanilla and heat with medium low heat. Pour into salmon and potatoes. Mix well and serve in a bowl.

  5. Garnish with bacon bits as well as black pepper to your taste. Enjoy!
