Fabulous French Toast Recipe with Similac® Mum

Pregnant or breastfeeding, watching your weight but always in for a sweet treat? This French toast recipe has never been a better option!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup/240ml Similac® Mum Vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Strawberries (or any fruits you love) for topping

Method

  1. To prepare Similac® Mum milk: Add warm water to 3 scoops of Similac® Mum Vanilla till 1 cup mark is reached. Mix well.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix cinnamon, Similac Mum milk and eggs. Soak quickly each slice of bread in mixture, make sure it does not absorb too much liquid!

  3. In a large frying pan, melt butter over low-to-medium heat. Place bread in pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

  4. Garnish with strawberries or any fruits you love and enjoy!
