Overnight Double-boiled Papaya Milk Peach Gum Recipe with Similac® Mum

Taste papaya in a new way with this milk peach gum recipe!

Ingredients

  • 80g firm and ripe papaya with skin & seeds removed
  • 15g peach gum (resin from peach)
  • 8g rock sugar
  • 3 red dates, pitted & halved
  • 200ml cool boiled water
  • 3 scoops of Similac® Mum Vanilla

Method

  1. Soak peach gum in water overnight till expand and soft to touch. Remove impurities and rinse clean.

  2. Bring a pot of water to boil.

  3. Place soaked peach gum, papaya, rock sugar, red dates & 100ml water into a double boiler pot. Double-boil for 1h 30 min using medium heat.

  4. Mix 3 scoops of Similac® Mum Vanilla with 100ml of water.

  5. Add into the double boiler, cook for 2 more minutes and enjoy!
