Your favourite pasta dish, with a twist and guilt-free!

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl of cooked paste
  • 1/2 cup of white button mushroom
  • 200g tontoro pork
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 scoops Similac® Mum Vanilla

Method

  1. Fry garlic in oil and add tontoro pork, button mushrooms and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add water, egg, cheese to 3 scoops of Similac® Mum Vanilla and whisk the mixture.
  3. Lightly heat up mixture and add into pasta cooked with tontoro pork. Stir well.
  4. Garnish the carbonara with dried parsley and enjoy!
