Braised Chicken in Ginger Goji Milk with Similac® Mum

  • 200ml chicken stock
  • 80g chinese mushrooms
  • 40g cucumber
  • 6g lemon grass
  • 130g skinless and Boneless Chicken
  • 10g sliced ginger
  • 20g sliced carrots
  • 10g of Similac® Mum milk powder
  • 3g of goji
  • Chinese parsley to garnish
  • Corn starch
  • Seasoning
  • Sesame Oil


  1. Heat up the pan, add a bit of sesame oil.
  2. Put the chicken in the pan.
  3. Once the chicken is golden-brown, add the chicken stock.
  4. Add ginger, lemongrass. Wait for the stock to boil.
  5. Add in Similac® Milk powder (diluted in a liquid).
  6. Add the mushrooms and goji, then all remaining vegetables.
  7. Put the chicken in a plate (center), and then the vegetables.
  8. Boil up the stock, add corn starch. Make sure no lumps are produced.
  9. Pour the stock on the chicken and vegetables.
  10. Garnish the dish with chinese parsley and enjoy!
