ProSure® Eggless Chocolate Mousse

Portion size: 4



  • 100 g Bitter sweet chocolate
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 50 g Fresh cream
  • 150 ml ProSure® (liquid, vanilla flavour)
  • 100 ml Fresh whipping cream

Garnish (Optional)

  • Some fresh mint leaves
  • Some fresh raspberries
  • Some chocolate shavings


  1. Chop chocolate into smaller pieces.
  2. Chill fresh whipping cream.
  3. Rinse mint leaves and raspberries with filtered water, drain and set aside.
  4. Whisk whipping fresh cream to soft peak and keep aside.
  5. Meanwhile, boil fresh cream and sugar. Stir the mixture into the chopped chocolate slowly to form a liquid paste.
  6. Fold in whipped cream, followed by ProSure®. Transfer into decorative glasses and set in the chiller overnight.
  7. Decorate with chocolate shavings, raspberries and mint leaves before serving.

You can replace chocolate with flavours you prefer such as coffee or green tea.
