Cow’s Milk – 150ml
Almonds - 3g
Pistachios - 3g
Poppy Seeds- 3g
Watermelon Seeds - 3g
EnsureⓇ Vanilla - 3 Scoops
Peppercorn - 1.5g
Dry Rose Petals - 2 to 3 Petals
Cardamom Powder - A pinch
Sugar - 5g
Fennel Seeds - 3g
Pour milk in bowl and add Vanilla flavoured EnsureⓇ. Whisk it well to get a smooth consistency with no lumps.
Stir in the freshly prepared Thandai Powder, mixing thoroughly until well combined. Let the rich, nutty and aromatic flavours meld together.
Refrigerate the Thandai milk for at least an hour to enhance the depth of its flavour.
Strain the chilled milk into a serving glass, ensuring a silky-smooth texture.
Sprinkle dry rose petals over the top for a royal finish. Serve chilled and enjoy this refreshing, nutrient-packed delight!
For an extra festive touch, you could even add a few strands of saffron or silvered nuts before serving.
