  • Take fresh paneer in a plate and knead it with your palm till it becomes silky smooth. Set aside and let it rest.

  • Add sugar and chocolate flavoured Ensure to the softened paneer. Now scoop it with cocoa powder. Mix it well to create a luscious, chocolate-infused dough

  • Knead the mixture again, ensuring all the ingredients are beautifully combined, forming a soft, pliable dough.

  • Pinch small portions of the mixture and roll them into smooth, round, flattened balls, each one, a bite sized delight.

  • Gently press a few silvered pistachios into the centre of each ball, adding a hint of crunch and elegance.

  • Let the chocolaty treats rest in the refrigerator until firm. Serve chilled for delightful, fudgy bites of Chocolate Sandesh.

Nutrition Profile:

  • Paneer, a fresh cheese made of cow’s milk can be a valuable dietary component to support muscle health. It is widely seen as a wholesome vegetarian source of protein. It is rich in casein protein, which is slowly digested, providing a slow release of amino acids. It consists of all nine amino acids including leucine, which plays a key role in stimulating protein synthesis. Paneer is also a great source of calcium and vitamin D, both being important for bone and muscle function.
  • Cocoa flavanol consumption has been shown to modestly reduce blood pressure. Cocoa is a food that’s high in antioxidants, thereby reducing oxidative stress, thereby potentially lowering the risk of chronic diseases.
