Ingredients

• Cow Milk – 150g
• Grated Dark Chocolate – 12g
• Whipped Cream – 15g
• Sugar – 5g
• Chocolate Ensure – 3 scoops
• Vanilla Extract – 2 to 3 drops

Method

• In a saucepan, add milk and chocolate. Stir until chocolate melts and mixture thickens.

• Add the sugar and vanilla extract.

• Lower the flame, add whipping cream, mix well and switch off the gas.

• Allow this mixture to cool to room temperature.

• Add Chocolate Ensure to this in a serving bowl and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
