Ingredients:

• Cow Milk Paneer – 100g
• Cocoa Powder – 0.5g
• Powdered Sugar – 5g
• Pistachios – 1.5g
• Chocolate Ensure – 3 Scoops

Method:

• Take paneer on a plate. Now knead it with your palm till it becomes smooth and keep aside.

• To the softened paneer, add sugar, Chocolate Ensure and cocoa powder.

• Knead it again to ensure all ingredients have mixed well together.

• Take small portions of this paneer mixture and shape them into round flattened balls.

• On each ball press a few slivered pistachios in the centre

• Chill in the refrigerator and serve..​
