Easy To Prepare

Step 1

Pour 190mL of boiled water at room temperature or cooled water into a glass.

Step 2

Add 6 leveled scoops of powder.

Step 3

Stir or shake thoroughly to dissolve.

Reminder: Use reconstituted Ensure Powder immediately, or cover, refrigerate and use within 24 hours.

What is the difference between Ensure® Nutrivigor and Ensure® Life?

Both Ensure® Life and Ensure® Plus provide complete, balanced nutrition. However, Ensure® Plus is a ready-to-drink oral nutritional supplement while Ensure® Life is a powder that needs to be mixed with water before consumption. Ensure® Plus is also more energy dense compared to Ensure® Life. See the chart below for more details.
